Peter Gordon Range

Expat Kiwi chef Peter Gordon is renowned as the "Father of Fusion" in NZ, with a cooking style that uses inventive flavour combinations. His range of dressings, chutneys and relishes is back in production and we are pleased to release the range here in Christchurch. My pick so far is the Fig, Walnut and Whiskey Chutney but I suspect the Sunny Avocado oil and Pomegranate Molasses dressing will be the feature on many salads this summer. Come into store to try the whole range and pick your favourite.

So check out our upcoming classes and come along for inspiration, education and a tasty supper.

Take the chance to meet the artisans. Each Saturday we welcome up to 4 New Zealand producers in the Mercato demonstration kitchen to taste, cook and talk about their products. A great chance to understand their passion, and try new products. *Please note that due to prior bookings in the demonstration area there may be occasional Saturdays in which we are unable to host the artisans.
